Maria Nevea selection 2016
The white wine Maria Nevea selection consists of Rebula (Ribolla Gialla) 30%, Chardonnay 20%, Sauvignon Blanc 20%, Sivi pinot (Pinot Grigio) 15%, Malvazija 15%.
The maceration takes 24 hours, followed by 10 months of maturing on fi ne yeast in inox tanks. The wine is then transferred into big oak barrels, where it matures for the next 18 months.
